APEXGROOM RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 At ApexGroom, we stand by the quality of our precision tools. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

14 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Under UK law, you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to notify us of a return. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

 HYGIENE AND SAFETY NOTICE

Due to the nature of personal grooming products, razors must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with the hygiene seal intact. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on razors that have been removed from their protective wrapping or used for shaving.

RETURNS PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at hello@shopapexgroom.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your ApexGroom product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately with photo evidence, and we will arrange a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost to you.
